About MeHi! My name is Noelle Gogg. I am a NY native transplated in Charlotte, NC.
I currently hold the position of Executive Pastry Chef at the Ballantyne Hotel and Lodge, managing a team of some of the city's most talented pastry cooks. I am graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where I hold a bachelors degree in Baking and Pastry Management, as well as other awards and accolades.
